Shipping and Returns

At Maritime Tropical Decor & Statues, we do not charge any additional shipping fees when you check out using our website. This free delivery experience is extended to all addresses within Canada and the USA! Most items will arrive within 2 weeks of your order date. If an item is not immediately available for shipment, we will advise you within 7 days via e-mail and do our best to provide reasonable status updates. Most orders will ship via UPS Standard or UPS Ground from our main office in Prince Edward Island (PEI), Canada. Some items may ship with Canada Post within Canada, or via FedEx from our partner warehouses in the USA, based on a combination of earliest availability and location closest to the customer. For larger items, we may need to arrange a freight carrier instead to make delivery arrangements. But we take care of all that, you might not even notice! Curbside pickup can also be arranged at no cost at our main office in PEI.

We pride ourselves on providing an exciting ordering and opening experience, and can honestly say returns are rare! Returns are however allowed within 30 days of receipt. Upon return request, our customer will be provided with a prepaid return label and detailed return instructions using the e-mail provided during the ordering process. Once the item is received back at our main office in PEI, the item will be inspected and an applicable refund will be provided using the original payment service used by the customer. In the unlikely event of buyer's remorse, return shipping cost and applicable restocking fee (based on item condition when we receive it back) will be deducted from the refund. As you can imagine, we do not want to sell returned items as new products to other customers, which is the overriding reason for restocking fee consideration. In the unlikely event our customer receives a damaged item, the entire return service is provided at no cost. Replacements can be arranged on a case basis upon request and with the personal approval of our owner, Frank.
